On October 1, 2017, the providers and practices that were formerly part of Physicians’ Alliance LTD joined Penn State Health as the Community Medical Group. The same physicians and staff who have cared for patients for years continue to provide care at our current locations.
Penn State Health Community Medical Group offices are well-established cornerstones of the community that provide more than 300,000 primary care visits every year throughout Central PA. Our employees are dedicated to creating strong relationships with all our patients—focusing on acute issues as well as long-term general health.
As part of the Penn State Health system, our diverse group of employees are dedicated patient advocates working in close collaboration with Hershey Medical Center specialists. Together, they deliver world-class health care to our local communities.
