Medical Office Associate (MOA) Training Program.
Full-time paid, eight-week formal training to be successful as a Medical Office Associate (MOA).
Requirements: High School diploma/GED with above average computer skills, detail-oriented, friendly, approachable, and customer service focused.
MOA I – Performs front office administrative functions in our outpatient clinics including answering phones, appointment setting, insurance verification and processing, managing medical records, patient check-in & check-out, and provides excellent customer service.
Those hired into our training program will attend two weeks of classroom training and will then rotate through five different practice sites to experience the differences between specialties. During the fifth week of rotation, trainees will then be matched to a practice site and will orient at that site for the remaining eighth week of training and will then become a member of that clinic site.
Round One: Selected candidates will participate in a brief phone interview.
Round Two: Those candidates selected for the next step in the interview process will be scheduled for a face-to-face interview.
Interview process can take a few weeks. The class size of each Medical Training Program can vary depending on the needs of our clinics. There is a new training class each month.
